  In another month (apr) we called and they got approval from the strata but needed to get approval on the color now.

  Very professional rental company to manage your investment property. Communication is to a high standard, which is very important to me, and if there are any issues they are rectified in a timely matter. I would highly recommend RMA to anyone who wants their property look after to a professional standard.

  Do not rent from this Real Estate agency! Property Manager Aimee Hope tried to take our bond off us for fabricated cleaning costs. When I lodged a FORM 6 to the Magistrates Court she all of a sudden sent me forms to release my bond back to me. Before Aimee we had Anna, both are rude, disgusting maggot minded scum, who tried to rip off good honest people! #steerclear!

  Thank you so much for everything over the last couple of years. Property was amazing when we moved in, great spot, great condition and had all we could possible need/want in the furnishings. Ross even organised the foxtel for us when we moved in - legend.

  Jade has been fabulous from day one when I signed my property up for rent with RMA. Communication is great, she is professional and honest. Fees are well justified and are very convenient for owners. Everything is taken care of for you and as an owner who is overseas, I have no concerns that my property is not being looked after. Rent inspections have photos and emailed, statements each month of finances, and bills debited from monthly income. All in all, I am a happy owner :)

  It was a very rare occurrence that something would need attention from either of you but when it did, it was always resolved with the minimum of fuss. When we had to leave just shy of our lease expiring you were both very understanding and made things very easy for us at pretty stressful time. Lorinda thanks for organising the cleaning and carpets - massive, massive help.
