  I spend no less than $15,000 a year in Bunnings as a tradie and this branch has to be the worst I have ever been in. All the staff have this I’m high and mighty attitude. Worst ever customer service I’ve had in a Bunnings. These PK staff need to get off their high horse. You are no better than anyone else. So surprising considering PK is an absolute shi*thole compared to other stores with far superior service.

  Very disappointed with Port Kenedy branch. Rang to complain about an item. Supposed to call me back today, guess what....... Still waiting

  Very dissapointing. No staff to help. Must have waited about 30 minutes. It was late in the day but within opening hours. If the store is open there should be staff rostered on. Very poor Bunnings.
