  Worst furniture department ever! I ordered a coffee table and was told it would take 4 weeks to arrive but instead had to wait 6, and then when I finally received the item it had a huge scratch on the glass surface that had been covered up with paint. When I rang up the store to let them know about the damage I dealt with head of the furniture department ‘Stacey’ and instead of just apologising she filled me with excuses pointing the finger at everyone else which I found extremely unprofessional! I will neither be returning or recommending this store to anybody. Very disappointing.

  I have always shopped with Harvey Norman Port Kennedy for last 11 years but my latest experience with Furniture department was worse . My husband and myself went to buy a Chase which was displayed on the floor, paid cash and came home .2 weeks later , wrong item was delivered to my place and same day we went back to chat with the staff who served us . Stacey she acknowledged that it was her mistake and she will organise A Chase to be delivered. A day later she called and told us that it needs to be ordered. We said ok . No one called us till after 4 week , I called again and I was told that it will be mid October 2017. So my husband and myself decided to go to the store and see if we can choose another lounge.We didn't like anytime and decided to get our money refunded which Stacey agreed. She promised us that the recliner will be picked up from our place and upon that our money will be refunded . Nothing happened till 27/08/17 so I called Harvey Norman again . Richard who answered my call , explained him everything and he promised to get the recliner picked up from my residence. On Monday 28/08 it was picked . Our money hasn't been refunded to us till now . Last Wednesday I called and spoke to somebody by the name of Ann who basically complained to me about short staff and she can't help me , I requested to talk to Stacey who she said wasn't in . Then I requested for Richard and she transferred me to their stores somewhere and the line was disconnected. Today is Sunday 10/09/17 and i will call them again or maybe go there personally to see what's happening. Am very disappointed with the Service of Harvey Norman Furniture Department Port Kennedy
