After my first tune I had severe detonation as soon as I got on the beach. Drained 120L of fuel and filled with 98 (was tuned for 91) as I was 800kms from Perth and had a week away planned - still detonating. Took it back and it was happily retuned. But the next time I had it in the dunes it still had a tiny bit of detonation. After this I asked for it to b returned to stock which was done no problems. So after a few ruined 4wd trips away and thankfully not a blown engine I'm back to stock. An expensive and timely Excercise but at least they rectified the problem.

Also try b a bit more careful when soldering as there is a big melted drip of solder on the circuit board
